Spearheaded cloud-based solver ecosystem development and management solution for the U.S. Army Futures Command’s Army Application Laboratory. Brokered partnership and collaboration with higher education institutions to procure new technologies from start-ups and non-traditional sources.

Texas A&M University - San Antonio 

Created development feasibility analysis and complex pro forma cash flows for Mission Village housing development project. Led financing strategy for Campus Recreation Center and Auxiliaries - strategy included tax-exempt debt and partnering with local non-profits. Established partnership/collaboration opportunities for campus Cybersecurity Innovation Center with goal to generate additional revenue opportunities and attract investor interest.

South Dakota School of Mines and Technology (SDSMT)

Crowder Strategies serves as lead consultant for the development of the Minerals Center of Excellence (“COE”) development project, which will serve as an innovation and research engine for Mineral technology advancement for South Dakota and the nation.  The campus is considering the development of an academic building to coincide with mixed-use, retail, housing and other development opportunities that may be realized by incorporating existing federal tax incentives.
